Everything is baked to order, so the calendar fills up quickly around festivals and wedding season. Earlier is better — though Gurgaon rarely needs much notice.

Who's baking
Two sisters, one small kitchen
ButterBlues started the way most home bakeries do — one too many birthday cakes for friends, and a growing suspicion that we should probably be charging for them.
We still bake out of the same kitchen, in batches small enough that one of us can taste everything before it goes into a box. No commercial mixers, no premixes, no shortcuts we'd be embarrassed to explain. Butter, good chocolate, real vanilla, and family recipes older than most of our customers' relationships with us.
